Thanks for your interest. At Chicago Moonwalks we receive many requests from non-profit organizations. We are committed to supporting charitable causes. However, there is a limit to the amount of donations we can contribute in a given year. To streamline the process we have a policy at the beginning of every year, we determine a set budget to be allocated for donations.
To prioritize associations, schools, and businesses that have previously rented with us, they are placed at the top of the list and will receive preferential treatment. If you would like your business to be considered for inclusion in our donation program list, please complete the form below. Due to safety and insurance purposes, we require that you inform us of any other vendors who will be present at the event, a copy of their insurance, and what items they are donating.
